Covid/Illness Protocols: If you are at all unwell, please let us know so that we can reschedule your appointment. If you have been exposed to Covid via a close/prolonged contact within 1 week of your appointment, please reschedule to a time outside of that window. If you have been diagnosed with Covid, you can come in for your session after 5 days of isolation AND a negative Covid test, or after 10 days.
